What makes your company “Green”?
We focus on the reuse and recycling of all the material that we haul so the vast majority of what we haul does not go to the landfill. We strive to divert more material from the landfill than any other organization by developing strategic partnerships with re-use centers, non-profits in need, recycling and salvage yards.
How does this service work?
You call and schedule an appointment. We book your appointment, promptly show up on time, and clean up the area so you don’t have to.
What kinds of materials do you take?
We remove any non-hazardous items two people can lift. Some examples are furniture, appliances, yard waste, renovation debris, household items, clothing, and e-waste. Call us if you have any questions about your items, but chances are that we can take it.
Do you take Hazardous Materials?
We cannot take hazardous materials at this time.
Where do you take everything?
Through partnerships with for-profit reuse organizations, non-profits in need, donation centers, thrift stores, salvage yards, recycling centers, and many others. We strive to divert more material from the landfills than any other organization. With so many outlets and partnerships, where we go specifically depends on the location of the job and the nature of

How much will your service cost me?
Our rates are based on volume, so you only pay for the portion of the truck that your materials fill. Our rates are prorated, so the larger the load, the better the value you get.
Why use Envirohaul when I can use “Free Haulers”?
We charge for this service because we sort and recycle nearly everything that you have. It’s a very labor intensive role. Free services take your good items and sell them to make their money, then toss the rest in the trash. We put good usable items in the hands of nonprofits in need that are doing good work, and we recycle as much of the rest as we can.

Why use Envirohaul rather than a dumpster?
We do all the loading, we're more cost-effective, and we sort and distribute materials for reuse and recycling, while all mixed dumpster loads go directly into the landfill. In many urban areas, dumpster service is not available due to parking restraints. We also arrive and complete the job within an hour or two while a dumpster is often dropped off for a week.
Will you demo my kitchen for me?
We are not a demolition company. We do carry some basic demolition tools with us for efficient loading of our trucks, but all we do it load your waste and recycle it. |
